Dearest European Friends,
I’m so, so sorry for it to have come to this point but due to the impending EU VAT changes coming into force on July 1st, 2021 I have had to regrettably make the decision to halt all orders to EU destinations.
As a small business in the UK I do not have the resources to be able to manage the VAT process for the new EU IOSS system. As you can imagine, I am deeply upset at having to take these measures but I feel it would be disingenuous to allow sales to continue without the proper IOSS system in place and see my buyers be hit by customs delays or to have to pay extra customs and VAT charges when the goods enter the EU.
Outstanding orders to the EU will be shipped in the coming days.
I do hope something will come into force in the future to allow Baa Baa Brighouse to again deliver to our European friends.
Again, as a staunch Remain voter, please accept my apologies for this situation.
